Email completely screwed up since switch to new webmail system

I logged onto my email this afternoon to find that A) the new webmail system had gone into effect, and B) it's only showing emails that I received in 2016. This is obviously unacceptable, but because I use my email for work, it's particularly so. What's going on, and when can I expect ALL of my email to appear?
