Netgear CG3000DV2 Firmware

My Netgear CG3000DV2 is running V1.03.03. Netgear's site says that V3.01.06 is the latest Cox approved firmware version. When will this update be pushed? I'm concerned that my router/modem has never been updated at all because it seems strange that it would go from V1 to V3. It seems that I've missed out on having updates pushed. I'm very concerned especially with the new KRACK vulnerability.
