Home page location

I would very much like to know how to keep the "location" of my home page the same.  Every time I log in to Cox for my webmail, the "check my area" box comes up and the "local weather" is for Atlanta (hint: I am NOT anywhere near Atlanta).  Can I get some info on having my "local" be my actual location when I bring the home page up?  I have tried not deleting cookies on close-out and still end up seeing the weather for Atlanta.

    At this current time, the walk around for that is to select the location to add zip code than bookmark or save in favorites, then each time you access the home page go to your bookmark and select it.
