Hello, I have cox ultimate internet package and I recently bought Arris 6190 which supports 32 downstream channels and 8 upstream channels but it only says I am getting 24 downstream channels bonded and 4 upstream bonded channels. Cox support team stated they support 32 downstream so why is my modem only bonded 24 channels and 4 upstream channels?
Some things to check for is to verify modems current firmware. This at times can correct that issue. If you are having connection issues where you are not pulling proper speeds.
