Problem on signing in to cox email

I cannot sign on to email from the cox homepage. I sign on using the envelope that says sign in and nothing happens. I have to go to the bottom of the page to: "sign into webmail" then sign in. This has been going on for about 6 months!!! I am a patient man, but now is enough!! Thank you!!

    That sounds like a pain. I know you stated nothing happens, just wondering do you get an error message?

    No error message. After I sign in then the envelope comes back with "sign in" by it.
  • My problem on signing in stems from the top line next to the shopping cart says I am in Atlanta Ga when I am really in Las Vegas. Have not found a way to change that.  When I try to log on I get an intercept page Tried the CHAT feature they were no help at all

  • What type of device are you using? What type of anti-virus software, if any, are you using?
