My internet when out on my end ! but however

On 2/12 2017 strangely my internet went out on my end , I called to schedual an appointment for a service tech to come to the house to get me connected , the oppointment   for 2/14 2017 , so at around  9:00 pm i get a call from a cox representative and told me he was looking at my situation on his end ,he said told go to my computer and lets resolve this problem, So he walked me threw step by step to get me connected , and sure enought the gentlemen got me back online. I want to say thank you . he was very helpful, and to cancel that opointment so i don't have to wait for the service tech i can go out and buy wife flowers for Valentine Day.
