Daylight Savings Time has ended but when I pay my bill online I get Payment Due Date: December 01, 2016 11:52 AM EDT Also that ISN'T my due date, it is the date I paid online.

Yes, this IS a technical question. If COX can't get the simple things right how can we expect them to get Internet service right. !!!
