play station deal on black Friday

so i need to express my frustration about the deal that was on  black friday  for a free ps3 with a 2 year contract. they said the sp3 would take at most 2 months to get to us. every time i call in i get a different story they dont no what is going on   while my internet bill is sky high they just hang up or i get a moron on the phone that cant pull it together to answer my questions this is verry frustrating they are now saying it will take up to two more mouths to get it   so i guess i need closure on this issue
