You'll get gigablast in your area when Google Fiber moves in. Which as of March 2017 is never, so, that's when you'll get gigabit. Or when Verizon FIOS shows up in your state (Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Viriginia-- I'm talking to you; if you live elsewhere, see "never"). You wouldn't want FIOS, however: it has no data cap feature. In winter you might catch a cold without a cap.
With a 1TB data **. LOL, you're a joke COX and blow it out your ****.
Has the Gilbert, AZ area had the Gigablast upgrade completed?
We can look into your account to see if you are eligible to upgrade to our gigablast service. Please reach us on Twitter at @CoxHelp, visit us on Facebook, or email by at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide us the name on the account with the full service address with a link to this thread so we can get started.
Is there anyway to get a listing of Zip codes, Community names, or street blocks that actually have Gigablast currently installed?
Of course I have been waiting for years for this service. My address only goes upto Ultimate, but 1 mile away they have gigablast (Sky Ranch). I've checked many addresses around Las Vegas and can find no other area that seems to have Gigablast - residential anyway, I'm sure the casino strip and downtown business centers likely have it.
I plan on moving within the year, would like to move to somewhere that has already established a gigablast connectivity area and not have to wait what would seem upto a decade before Cox can actually get this installed.
I know cox can't make 100% guarantees but for would it kill you to post a map of current areas that have what services? Proposed areas in the next ~6mos perhaps, ~1yrs, etc. It is completely ridiculous that you provide us with nearly 0 information on where your glorious 1gb service is at yet you love to advertise the *** out of it. If you want me to buy it, make it freaking available or at the very least let us know where you have actually established it.

I live in an apartment/condominium complex that was built in 1983 in the Mesa,AZ area what are the chances I will get gigablast since my complex will only ever support coax lines for cox? When will cox be releasing the d 3.1 wireless gateways that support gigablast through coax instead of fiber since my complex will never ever support fiber and will those d 3.1 wireless gateways also have phone jacks in them for customers like me that also have cox digital telephone as well.
Thank you for your interest in Gigablast. The best way to see if, or when it becomes available. Please can check availability and sign up for Gigablast updates at https://www.cox.com/giglife

I ordered Gigablast to be installed in Oklahoma, when the tech came out he said the crew that was supposed to bury the fiber was never sent out and that he would have to reschedule. So I looked and my account today and it says I have Gigablast internet service which I don't since the tech will not be he until the 13th of Oct. When I looked at my package this is what it says for features. I specifically remember talking about the 1Gbps Down and 1Gbps Upload speeds with the sales person. Whats with this Gigabit fiber only showing 35Mbps Upload? Should I cancel my order? Is this not the correct package?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Not to change the subject, StephanieA, but the "16x4 eMTA for Ultimate" is closed.
In which market do you have the TG2472 installed? Cox representative said that it is compatible in California market, not sure about Phoenix.
