Updated the secure email settings per Cox article, using a Mac--i get the email to send then within 24 hours or so, I am unable to send email again.  I have to go back in and follow instructions all over again to get the email to send.  Just have to repeat updating the settings but it appears to not work longer than a day.  What can I do to fix?

    Hi LPS,

    If you are using Mac Mail, use the article at www.cox.com/residential/support/changing-your-email-server-settings-for-mail-on-macos.html for reference. Do you have more than one email address set up in Mac Mail? What exactly do the port settings revert back to?

    Incoming Server: pop.cox.net
    Incoming POP port: 995
    Outgoing Server: smtp.cox.net
    Outgoing Port: 465 with SSL enabled and the password authentication box checked, or 587 with TLS enabled
