I have the 300Mb package. All week my download speed has been getting progressively worse. I am currently only getting 3mb download. When I checked my service status, I am now getting the Service Interrupted message. I have already done the all the troubleshooting checks on my end, checked connections, reset modem and router, direct connected to modem, etc. Please help.
(Note: I am also getting tons of uncorrected errors on Channels 74 and 75)
