I am experiencing a service outage for internet for the past two days. I am from gainesville, FL. Cox tech Support says there is no network outage in my area, but my cable modem does not even get the signal to sync. If I look at the 192.168.100.1 page I find that the process is stuck at docsis ranging. If any one could help me I would be grateful.
