Does anyone have any suggestions for frequent internet connection drops? I lose internet connection several times a day. Sometimes it comes back after a few minutes and other times nothing works except unplugging the modem. The modem reset in the modem administration does not work. My computer(s) tell me my system is/are configured properly and that there is a problem with the access point. Windows 10 can fix it occasionally but most times I have to unplug the modem. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
PS: I already got new modem from Cox store but issue persists.

I am still unplugging the modem several times a day. The last email I got from support said there was an outage and in so many words just be patient so I guess there must be outages everyday because this is an everyday occurrence. Of course I cannot verify if there is an outage because I have no internet connection when my service is down. I think I am being very patient since this has been going on for months.
