Same thing is now happening to me - San Diego - had ample problems with Cox email conversion back around this time in July - HORRIBLE...now I am getting the "INBOX has been closed on Mail Server 127.0.0.1 - also cannot open any emails from any devices." Took 2 weeks to remedy the problems in July -- can't have this keep happening. Calling in gets nothing...

PRICE KEEPS GOING UP BUT SERVICE IS GOING DOWN.
Again, back to intermittent email service. What is going on there at Cox?
This has to stop! We are now at the point that we just may stop Cox service and use AT&T for everything (our backup currently).
PLEASE COMMUNICATE WHY THERE ARE SO MANY PROBLEMS ~ DAY AFTER DAY!
We feel as though we are your guinea pigs and we have to pay $$$ for it.
