One Time Payment broken

I can't seem to make a "One Time Payment,"  and it appears they've had this problem before.  I keep getting a little "alert" exclamation point because the payment was due on May 1 and it's now May 3.  I don't think I've ever had that be an issue before.  Anyone else able to use the "One Time Payment" system?

    We are having a problem with the cox.com payment system today.  I don't think the error you are getting is in any way related to the bill being due on the first yet trying to pay today. 

    Due to the problem with the online payment system, our Billing Specialists can take your payment over the phone without any additional processing fees. 

    I'm so sorry for the frustration today!

    The intermittent issues customers experienced with billing payment and account services have been resolved. However, any successful transactions made today (May 3), may not show up immediately. It could take up to 24 hours for our data services to sync back up, and for today's payments and purchase to be reflected on your account.
