So i decided to try cox Homelife after your rep came to my house and talked me into it. I was told if I didn’t like it I could return everything and I wouldn’t be charged. And low and behold. Dude lied and I’ve talked to your home life regular customer service the store and chat and nobody wants to help me. I just want the camera charged off my bill. He straight up lied to me saying we could wouldn’t be charged if we didn’t like it. Someone help me figure out how to fix this
