Customer Service complaint

I've been a Cox Customer for a couple of years now and I called to have my services downgraded because of my finances at the moment. The customer service rep was so condescending in his tone, he lied about pricing, and didn't even bother to help or clear up any misunderstanding I had. I never planned on cancelling all my services but long story short because of his egregious nonchalant attitude I cancelled all services. If Cox does not retrain their customer service reps they will surely lose more customers.
