Voice Everywhere cannot access voice mail

The Voice Everywhere app shows "Network Error. Try again later" when trying to access voicemail. It worked the first day I was forced to use it by Cox Connect. It hasn't worked again for nearly a month now.

    The steps provided will assist with the Cox Voice Everywhere app failing to load.
    1. Force stop the app
    a. Android – tap Settings, tap Apps, tap the Running tab, Select Cox Voice Everywhere, then tap Force Stop
    b. IOS – Press Home button twice, swipe the Home Screen to locate the Cox Voice Everywhere app, swipe to the top of the Home Screen to close the app.
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the app
    a. Android – from App Drawer or Home Screen, tap Settings, tap Apps, locate the Cox Voice Everywhere app, tap Uninstall, tap the Google Play icon, search for Cox Voice Everywhere within the app store. Reinstall the app.
    b. IOS- press the Home button, locate the Cox Voice Everywhere app, press the icon within the app wiggles, tap x to uninstall, tap the App Store icon, search for Cox Voice Everywhere within the app store. Reinstall the app.
    If this does not resolve the issue,
    3. Reset your mobile device.
    a. Android – press the power button to turn the device off, wait approximately 30 seconds, then turn the device on.
    b. IOS – press the power button until the slider displays, swipe the slider to turn the device off, with the device powered off, hold the power button until the Apple logo displays.
