Cannot sign into email - Please help

All of the sudden I cannot get into my email. It just spins and times out and keeps saying RELOAD in the middle of the screen. Why do I keep paying for a service that is full of problems ?

  • Hi MissngHorsenbuggydays, do you happen to be running Kaspersky anti-virus software? Some Cox Email users are unable to access myemail.cox.net while Kaspersky is running on their computers. Their description of what happens is very similar to yours. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
