Missing emails "unwanted" ???

not getting emails from a friend.  Found the emails in an "unwanted" folder.  NOt sure why this person is unwanted.  I checked m blocked senders list email is not on the blocked senders list.  Any ideas onw hat is going on and how I can get this persons emails in my inbox?

    Betty Boop,

    Are you having this issue using a third party app or on the webmail? Would you sign into webmail to also check the settings there to make sure that the email is not being blocked also?
