When should we expect classic webmail to convert to the new myemail.cox.net interface? My wife's account was converted in December 2017. As of 31 July 2018, mine was not converted. On 1 August the new interface worked for a couple of hours and had all my emails. Later that evening the emails disappeared and now I have to use the original clunky classic webmail, again.
When should we anticipate the conversion? This has taken too long with too many unfulfilled promises and excuses along the way. Is this anyway to take care of a 20+ year customer.
It doesn't make sense that it worked for two hours before reverting back to the antiquated solution.
