When should we expect classic webmail to convert to the new myemail.cox.net interface? My wife's account was converted in December 2017. As of 31 July 2018, mine was not converted. On 1 August the new interface worked for a couple of hours and had all my emails. Later that evening the emails disappeared and now I have to use the original clunky classic webmail, again.
When should we anticipate the conversion? This has taken too long with too many unfulfilled promises and excuses along the way. Is this anyway to take care of a 20+ year customer.
It doesn't make sense that it worked for two hours before reverting back to the antiquated solution.
Antiquated? I would give my left foot to be on the old classic webmail. The new webmail is just horrible. Have you actually used it?
A couple months ago I had same experience as Boxkicker. The new WebMail format suddenly appeared Then within a few minutes all incoming and sent mail disappeared. Next day my accounts reverted to "Classic." I also agree with WiderMouthOpen - this years "Classic" ls an atrocious retrograde - ten times worse than last years "Classic." Much more laborious to compose and send emails. To send to multiple addresses, one must basically type each address in separately - what a Joke. A real abominable change - upgrade my axx! Cox should be ashamed to provide this years "Classic email" - just another reason to vote with your feet.
