I have called cox. They were no help the app is not working. I am in Holland and want to record a race. I did not sign up for something that does not work. I wonder if this is grounds to go back to Direct Tv? Nobody has any answers at cox.

What is the error or general issue? Have you tried uninstalling and re-downloading the app?
Also, by Holland, do you mean Holland MA or like Holland in the Netherlands? I don't think the app is designed to work outside the US, so that could be part of the problem if you're away on vacation.
Out of the country. An app should work anywhere. My direct tv work in Italy. All my other apps work just fine. I did do the reinstall
How doesn't it work? Like does it just say "Technical Problems" or is there a more meaningful error number? Also, what are you trying to do with the app? The Cox Connect app seems to have limited features. Sure you don't mean the Cox Contour App for TV?
Something else to try is to log into your account on Cox.com and see if you get any security prompts. I know there is some similar second layer of security for accessing email outside the US. Maybe that has to be done first before the Cox Connect app can work.

Sorry, don't have any other ideas. Hope you enjoy your vacation otherwise though. What were you trying to use the app to do anyway?
