Authentication error 403.201 - Contour app

When I try and log-in to the Contour app, I get an error that says "Authentication Error 403.201. We're sorry, something unexpected just happened. Please try again". I have been getting the same error for the past few weeks.

    Are you able to login to the account at cox.net? If not, what error message(s) are you getting?

    Yes. We are able to login to our account at cox.net.

    Can you confirm the current version of the app that you have installed? There was an update that was released yesterday, version 4.8.2.001. If this is not the version that's currently installed, I recommend updating the app to see if this helps.

    The version I have is 4.8.1. I went into the App Store to update and there is not an update available for 4.8.2.
