Contour app and hallmark

What happened to the Hallmark channels (among others) on the Contour app??? They just disappeared a few minutes ago with the notice they aren't part of my subscription...chose another channel. Does my husband finally get his way and we drop Cox?

    Contour app and Hallmark,

    There was an outage earlier today which affected some customers' access to channels within the Contour app. This outage has since been resolved. Please try your access again and if problems continue email us at cox.help@cox.com with your full name, complete street address, a description of the trouble and a reference to this thread.
