Extremely frustrated with Contour

Why does my the Contour keep freezing up? I have never had problems until this past week...

It is not my internet connection or speed. I am able to watch Hulu and Netflix, but not Contour - Extremely frustrating!

    Hi TamFox,

    I am sorry to hear you are having problems with the App.  Do you notice the freezing on all content? Please try uninstalling the App, then reinstall, let me know the results.
