What SPECIFICALLY is Cox doing to fix the terrible e-mail app forces upon us? I get constant error messages when they do not apply (your e-mail box is too full to delete that message), refresh rates are crazy slow, the app selects messages without me clicking in the message select box, etc. Beta testing either was not done at all or was very minimal. I pay for usable e-mail. PROVIDE IT.
I am also having problems with this app. Would have been nice if we had received a little warning that it was being installed. I have lost an entire file out of my email and have no idea where the items went that were in it or how to recover it. There was no reason to monkey with the email - it was just fine.
