I have downloaded the app and as I try to log on to the app on my home Cox Network I cannot get into the app. I am receiving Error Message 403 and the app shuts down. Are there others that received this error message? Does anyone have a solution? there is also a box below about selecting your University and when you do Tulane pops up?? What is the reason for this?
What device are you using the App on? Here is a list of compatible devices.
Also, if it's a cellular device, disable the cellular and try it just on your Cox Wifi.
Last, are you using your primary username/password? That would be the one you use to sign in to pay your bill.

I have done that twice already with the same result.... I will try again and let you know... OK I uninsulated and re installed and guess what I got the same 403 error.... judging that your app only has 2.5 stars... should tell you that it is not ready for distribution.
I know Cox's page says Contour 2 is compatible with Android 4.0.3 or higher but maybe not. I loaded the app on my newer phone running 5.1.1 and it works fine. Tried loading it on an older Android phone running 4.1.2 and it won't let me log in ... keeps giving me errors. Maybe there are issues with older versions of the OS.
contour w2 on Ipad does not have box with university section.

It is a 4.1.2 device Nichole, not 4.0.3. It wouldn't let me signin so I uninstalled the app. I don't remember the exact error code. Reinstalled it tonight and it is working fine.
The Contour 2 app for iPad that I got at the Apple App Store has the university pull down. It gives me an error saying that it's only for California test users. Where can I get the final app if not in the App Store?
