Zip it! Where are the delete button check marks (select all too) in the Homelife portal or app? Cox are you trying to "Strong Arm" me into upgrading my service? One I can't afford that and two I do not have hours a day to spend deleting videos and pictures. I can save media files for events that I need. Program that delete checkbox back into Homelife. I'm sure local media stations and social media would love an article about Cox Cable and their "Soprano" tactics.
