For a few days now (about a week), the Cox Connect app on my Android device has told me I have an unread notification, but there isn't anything I can see in the app that has messages. I even checked to see if it was trying to alert me to new email, but I checked through webmail and I haven't had anything sent to me in months.
Do you have the Cox app on any other devices to see that notification? Would you attempt to log out of the app & then log back in to see if the notification goes away then. Please let us know if that works for you.
