XR-11-RF remote not working properly

Question

About 80% of button presses don't work.&nbsp; The remote LED blinks green then red along with the fact that the button presses do nothing.&nbsp; The green then red blink indicates that the RF signal is not being received by the DVR.
Had a technician come by to investigate the problem.&nbsp; He replaced the DVR and remote.&nbsp; The problem actually got worse.&nbsp; I unpaired then repaired the remote and removed the batteries but it did not fix the problem.&nbsp; The system was originally installed 3 weeks ago.&nbsp; The battery is at 90%.
Nothing seems to fix the problem and Cox is not able to fix the problem with their equipment.&nbsp; Very troubling that Cox can't fix this problem.&nbsp; Any help would he appreciated.

You seem to be on the right track with the steps you've already tried based on the information in the included links: www.cox.com/.../contour-2-xr11-voice-remote.html  www.cox.com/.../troubleshooting-contour-2-remote.html  Please be sure to try holding down the Setup button for about 5 seconds to see if you find another code or message on the receiver's display.
