TiVo bolt and cox on demand

I've had a Tivo Bolt Vox for a year, and am a Cox customer in Macon, Georgia. Just read on this forum that Cox On Demand should be available via an app that has to be authorized by Cox. Can anybody tell me how this done? I have looked thru all my Tivo settings, and Cox On Demand just isn't there at all!
