Reset cable box

Why am I getting a reset cable box when I try to change channels? This happens multiple times a day every day. I should not have to send for a refresh signal multiple times a day?

    call cox, have them send re-set signal.....will include any updates you might be lacking!!

    If you have gotten signals sent through multiple times it may be time to get a technician out to take a look at things or get the box swapped out. If you would like further assistance with that please email us at cox.help@cox.com with your full name and address.
