Free On Demand... or not?
I recently discovered all 3 seasons of Berlin Station were free on demand.
Tonight, with NO warning, it's now subscription-only. Please explain.

Just the On Demand TV section. It was one of the shows recommended to me since I had watched "A Discovery of Witches," which ironically had disappeared before I could finish it.
- @Cox Blocked, There was a free preview for Epix from 4/20 to 4/28. Also, all free previews are announced on your bill statement between 30-60 days prior to the event. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.
What about those of us who don't receive paper bills? You couldn't announce this in your incessant promotional emails?
There was nothing about this free preview in my bill for March.
My April bill mentions a free preview from May 14 thru May 17. Is that still in effect?
Even that doesn't make up for the live sports that I'm missing but still getting billed for. Including a Regional Sports surcharge. If you're not going to reduce my bill you could at least include the Movie Pak.
