That is what I am trying to stop on soccer matches when it is not necessary. But I can’t get my request to anyone who could change this. And as I said, it is not a feature that is always on for soccer matches as it was not automatic for the World Cup. So it is something that is put into a schedule, so it should be easy to stop.

OK, why can't you turn off this feature for ALL soccer games. If one game is auto extended by 1.0 hours (which is ridiculously long), you can't record another game starting shortly after the first game ends. We know which games will go to OT (rare during the regular season) and can manually extend those games. Please fix this. This ruins Saturday morning English Premier League games that we want to record. It's a simple fix, so please fix it.

I've shared this feedback to our Product Development team.

Guess what, your Product Development Team did NOTHING to eliminate the auto extend on any European soccer games including those English Premier league games on Cox. There is NO need to extend these games, they do NOT go into overtime during the year long regular season. Todays game goes from 315PM to 645PM, the game will absolutely end by 530. Obviously you haven't cared about this for six years, how about changing it NOW. The autoextend ruins other program starts especially on the two shows DVR.
