Ovation Channel

Is Cox adding the Ovation channel to its offerings any time soon? I visited some friends in California and they have it, great programs like Republic of Doyle. I find it curious that Cox has not offered it when I pay a separate tax for and get 13 sports channels I don't watch. Thank you.
