No HD with On Demand
Just upgraded to Contour. When using On Demand, many show episodes do not play in HD. Does this mean that they weren't broadcast in HD or is Contour only offering SD for On Demand?

When you navigate to an episode, does its title include "HD?" For example, Survivor 0220 vs. Survivor 0220 HD.
