Missing episodes

I have been trying to watch Doctor Who as well as the Guestbook and episodes are missing. It seems like a few weeks were not updated. This is not the first time this has happened. I have reset me box.

        Hi Colleenkeable, the missing episodes are now available. If you aren't able to locate the titles in the On Demand library, you may need to reset your receiver again. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
