Hi-def Channel mapping

The recent mapping of lower channels to higher hi-def channels (39 vs. 1039, 118 vs. 1118) was great. I live in San Diego (South) and CSPAN-1 channel 118 is still low-def. Any chance you can map it to the hi-def 1118? Thanks
