DVR shows that it is scheduled to record but I show no recordings save

HD DVR Contour box indicates it is recording shows I selected but they (the recorded shows) never show up in my "Saved" shows. I have tried viewing "All Devices" but the shows are not saved. This is the second box I received for the same problem. I still show that my shows are "scheduled" to record but they don't show up?

    From what it sounds like, it's possible there's a scheduling conflict for your DVR. For example, if you have the Record 2 DVR service, and you're watching TV, only one show will record.
