DVR Playback Freeze

Playback froze after a minute or so.  Restarted several times and froze at exactly the same spot each time.  Eventually received two messages:

"We've run into a problem

This program isn't available right now.  Please try again later.  XRE-06014"

After a while a second message appears:

"Please try again

We're having some trouble on our end.  This channel isn't currently

available.  Please try tuning away from this channel for a few

seconds and then tune back to it.  If that doesn't work, please try

again in a few minutes."
