Contour won't play Netflix TVQ-PB-103 (2.10.0) Error

    Reset the Netflix app using the following steps: Press contour on remote Go to apps and press okay Highlight Netflix Press the letter A on your remote It will show you the choice to reset your Netflix Highlight it and press okay.

    Hi there, when that error appears, select the "MORE DETAILS" button, then select the "RESET" option and Netflix will reload. Once it reloads you will need to sign back into your Netflix account. Let us know if you have any further questions. -Carol

      Also, there is no "RESET" option. There is "reload" which just reloads the app and it gives the same error. There is "sign out" which logs you out and when you sign back in you get the same error, and "Exit Netflix" which takes you back to the APPs menu and when you re-launch and try to play anything it gives your the same error. "Check your network" comes back that everything is fine.

      And I just spent an hour online with Cox technical support chat and they have had to escalate the issue saying that that error code means there is an issue with the Contour box communicating with Netflix. They have promised a resolution within 72 hours.

        My problem is exactly the same as yours. I've tried everything I can think of. Its on the dvr box only and worked fine up until about a week and a half ago
