Arris XG1v3 Contour 2 DVR video flickers only when playing On Demand content

Is the screen going black for a couple seconds, are are you seeing more of a freeze with audio also cutting out?

    Hi Nichole, the screen does not go black and the audio does not cut out. It's a split second flicker that happens about 6 or 7 times per minute. At times it almost looks like a strobe effect for a couple of seconds then clears up, then repeats, then clears up, etc. Btw, I also changed out the HDMI cable with a new one and the issue persists. Thanks.
