Hi Fox, is the email a request that you change your password? If so, we may have detected suspicious activity with your Cox.net email account. You may want to reset the password to your Primary User ID to a password you have never used before. If the email is not a request, but instead states "We've recently received a request to reset your password", this means a password for one of your cox.net User IDs has been changed. If you did not recently reset one of your Cox.net passwords, someone may be trying to gain access to your account.
