Can I change voicemail to start with the message instead of the envelope information?

I don't often need to hear when a voicemail was received, nor the number that left the message.  I would like to get straight to the message and then request envelope info if necessary. Can I make ...

Hi All, I've devised a way to skip the envelope info:

Press 1 to listen to your voicemail

As the system starts speaking, press 1 again and the system proceeds to play the actual message.
