Upload speed much slower than advertised

My plan has 1MBPS upload, but I only get 10~15% of that. I'm looking at activity monitor right now (As I'm uploading a file), and I see 0.127 MBPS.

Funny thing is that when I try the Cox speed test, suddenly my upload rate jumps up to the advertised amount. So I'm sure the issue is not on my hardware.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

    Hi @Attmay ,

    If you are doing a speed test and you get the right speeds then you may want to look at what is going on with your device you are uploading. Are you connected to a VPN when you are uploading? Are you doing any gaming or streaming?
