Hi jgator, some of your levels appear to be outside of our preferred specifications, which could cause intermittent connectivity. Additionally, those T3 time-out errors could be caused by bad connectors, splitters, etc. Can you please make sure there are no loose or damaged connections? If you have any splitters or amplifiers in the home, please also check to ensure they are in working condition as well. If issues persist, please email us at cox.help@cox.com. -Kevin M.
