Unstable Connection Causing Modem to constantly Restart

Hi jgator, some of your levels appear to be outside of our preferred specifications, which could cause intermittent connectivity. Additionally, those T3 time-out errors could be caused by bad connectors, splitters, etc. Can you please make sure there are no loose or damaged connections?
