Unacceptable

I can't seem to get out of my contact with Cox or change anything. The account is in my father's name but he's passed away and I called up I realize that Cox needs a death certificate but I can't even email it to them and I am told I have to go to a physical location. I am sorry but I am calling BS that I can't just email a document saying he's gone.
