All of my Cox email accounts today have been "upgraded?" to the new wizbang OX platform and NONE of the passwords stored in my Computer work. I get a response that"" the user name or password is incorrect. (LGI-0006). Of course, there is no where to go and get help. I tried "Agent" on the phone app text but no response (yet, only 20 minutes so far). Any ideas about the latest issue here? I wisely mirrored these accounts to gmail account years ago so at least I can see what is coming in (responding is the issue with tha as the email address is not in the senders address list:(
u to AGENT after awhile yesterday who text that the cOXmail should be up by 3 am on the 18th today. It is. Akll the URL Bluescreen, credential advice, cookies (I had a couple while I was waiting) was appreciated but that was not the answer(s) . Waiting was the right answer, and Cox got it all back to where it was.
