new email settings with MS Outlook for Mac
I updated the settings as per all the instruction received - yes i've gone to the page where you check off what email client you're using and yes, i've gone to "Other" but there is no specific guidan...
I FIGURED IT OUT!!!!!
okay so you have to click on "More Options" under Outgoing Server. then select either "Username and Password" or "Use incoming server info"
then add username and password, as appropriate.
i figured this out on my own and i passed this on to Cox support chat in real time and they seemed quite grateful. I would like them to be grateful enough to give me a real break on my bill this month...
